Case Study: Crafting an Elegant Online Presence

Client Overview:


Blooms & Sweets is a unique boutique floral business based in London, ON. They came to us seeking a comprehensive digital solution that would bring their charming concept to life online and help grow their local presence.


Project Goals

Our Approach


Brand Discovery & Strategy

We began by collaborating closely with the Blooms & Sweets founder to deeply understand their vision and unique value proposition. This phase shaped the creative direction and informed all subsequent design, content, and technical decisions.


Creative Direction & Photography

From the outset, we envisioned a stunning opening image that would immediately convey the brand’s personality and craftsmanship. Our co-owner Liz led the content creation effort, utilizing the in-house capabilities of The New Leaf Collective for marketing strategy and Liz Gilders Photography for custom visuals.


Together, we curated and produced a library of bespoke photography that beautifully captured the intricate textures and colors of the floral designs alongside the delicate details of their desserts. This content served as the cornerstone for the website and all brand touchpoints, ensuring a consistent and engaging visual narrative.


Website Design & Development

Our team designed and developed a fully custom, mobile-responsive website that balances form and function. The site provides an intuitive user experience that enables customers to browse floral and dessert offerings, place orders effortlessly, and engage with the brand across devices.

We carefully selected platforms and tools that met the client’s current operational needs while offering scalability. Every element—from navigation and layout to color palette and typography—was chosen to embody the brand’s elegance and warmth.


Outcome

The result is a polished, high-performing digital presence that authentically reflects Blooms & Sweets. The website serves as both a beautiful showcase and an effective sales channel, seamlessly connecting the brand to its community and supporting long-term growth.
