Ashley Rowe is a marketing strategist, entrepreneur, content creator, public speaker, and Founder of The New Leaf Collective, a women-owned marketing collective based in London, Ontario.

After experiencing a corporate layoff, Ashley turned an unexpected career shift into an opportunity to build something of her own. In 2022, she founded The New Leaf Collective with a mission to make high-quality, relationship-first marketing more accessible to small businesses, entrepreneurs, and organizations.

Today, Ashley and her team support businesses across London, Ontario and beyond through social media management, content creation, marketing strategy, website design, SEO, brand development, and one-on-one marketing mentorship. Her approach is simple: marketing should feel human, have a clear purpose, and ultimately help businesses grow.

Beyond client work, Ashley is a public speaker, former marketing educator, and content creator passionate about entrepreneurship, resilience, personal branding, and helping people turn their ideas into action. Her work has earned recognition in the London community, including being named one of London's Top Twenty in Their Twenties.

Ashley is also a long-distance runner, bringing the same mindset of resilience and determination into her entrepreneurial journey. Her return to the marathon start line is currently being documented in “Why Not You?”, a film exploring failure, resilience, identity, and what it means to begin again.
