We partnered with The London Bridge Centre to build their digital presence from the ground up. With no previous social media footprint, our team created branded Facebook and Instagram pages, making it easy for volunteers to manage and engage with their audience.
The Fritter Shop, known for its handcrafted Dutch apple fritters and cozy community feel, saw incredible results after Phase 1 of our social media strategy—moving from just 0–2 comments per post to consistently generating over 80 comments, a 3,900% increase in engagement.
Over the course of three mentorship sessions, we focused on strengthening the foundations of Melissa’s business through a clear and actionable marketing framework. Our work emphasized strategic structure—defining her core service offerings, aligning her messaging with her target audience, and developing a content plan designed to increase visibility and engagement.
